I am a multidisciplinary holistic healer. When I am not in the lab working on cultivating medicine or practicing alchemy, I am in the community sharing energy, nature wisdom, and body work. Being a trained massage therapist and attuned reiki practitioner, I can work on every level of your being. With 900 hours in schooling, clinical work, and 6 years of experience, not only can I make you melt on the table but I can also offer practical treatment for the chronic pains that most of us deal with daily. I work to build holistic plans designed to alleviate the issues permanently through body work, energy work, and lifestyle change. I have studied Swedish, Thai, Ayurveda, Shiatsu, Sports, Acupressure and Neuromuscular massage modalities and can use elements from them all to help clients achieve a better quality of life! I offer Aromatherapy, Reiki, Guided Meditation, and so much more as well as help guide you down a holistic healing path off of the table with plants, mushrooms, and movement medicine! Massage is an ancient healing modality and in my opinion, one of the most important healing modalities that we can learn and teach in the community today. With much of society spiraling into chaos, it does the soul and body well to find safe places to be loved and healed through physical touch!
