Master Growers Design (0.5–5 acres): full analysis (sun/shade, water movement, access, microclimates, existing vegetation, constraints), soil regeneration direction, plant/guild recommendations, phased build plan, and a 20–40 page document with maps/diagrams, plant lists, maintenance rhythms, and cost-aware planning. Institutional/Retreat/Large Property: stakeholder alignment, large-scale planning (food production, water, gathering spaces, restoration), 1–5 year phasing with budget/operations; 50–80+ page package for grants and execution. Drone Add-On: high-res aerial imagery, mapping for layout, optional elevation/3D terrain for slope/water flow where appropriate.
